The staff friendly and patient. The apartments was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We are especially grateful for the late check in. The breakfast was excellent.
The only “problem “ we had was parking. The hotel parking lot was occupied and one had to circle around the building to find the first free place.

Food was already eaten inside the mini fridge and was not replaced after. Empty cans placed inside. Someone slept on my bed and bed was not set properly after. I suppose night staff slept on it. There were no towels and I got foot towels instead of regular towels after asking for towels. Poor breakfast choices in winter.

We took the hotel appartment, the building itself is quite old.
The breakfast was really good. But the hotel wasn’t close, so we had to drive a few kilometers to get there. The hotel said it was 4 stars, but it didn’t feel like it. The bathroom didn’t seem safe. The water heater was hanging low, where kids could reach it, and that’s dangerous. The air conditioner was only in the living room, so the bedrooms got really hot.
We had to walk up four flights of stairs to get to our apartment, and that was pretty tiring.
The breakfast was tasty and clean. But the lady who served us (she had blond hair) wasn’t very friendly. I gave her my passport, and instead of handing it back, she just put it on the table where we were eating and walked away without saying anything. She didn’t even smile. That felt kind of rude.
So, the breakfast was nice, but the hotel didn’t feel like it should be called 4-star.
Everything feels quite old, not a 4-star experience.
