Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Beautiful pint of Pedigree. Wonderful vibe, felt like a real pub for the locals.
The Pedigree ran out after only one pint, I was gutted. I’m not a fan of GB news which seemed to be on a lot to n the tv in the bar.

The door was stuck/ malpositioned and needed force to open or close
The night staff in the bar all young kids...so when families with children running all around the pub , the staff did not have the experience or authority to tell parents to keep their children under control

The breakfast itself was a generous portion and good with vegan sausages
The toilet didn't flush, the sounds of the pipes of the other rooms was so loud it kept waking me up, there was no air conditioning and it was boiling hot in my room, there were hairs on my sheets, and dirt stains on the inside of the sheet. The breakfast was really nice and in many ways I'm glad I stayed there but it could have been much better for the price. It was particularly hot so maybe that's why things weren't up to standard but the room really needed a fan to cool it down. The TV also didn't work. The welcome could have been warmer. No shampoo or conditioner
