Standard mid-range hotel; clean, comfortable, with modern decor. Good value for money. Room was perfectly adequate. Great location; a 15 or so minute walk from Lyon Part Dieu railway station and less than 10 minutes to a tram stop.
The bathroom was a little cramped for persons of a larger size like me.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Hot powerful shower. Acceptable air conditioning (the window only opens a few inches). The room was very quiet and just about manageable in terms of size, although the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. There was some hanging space (with 5 hangers), a couple of open drawers, a desk with upright chairs, a TV, 2 paper drinking cups and communal soap/shampoo, plus a wall-mounted hairdryer. Breakfast was decent with a selection of hot (scrambled/self-boiled eggs, sausages) and cold (cheese, ham, lettuce, fruit, bread, pastries/cake, yoghurt, cereals, jam), plus juice and hot drinks (including hot chocolate) machines. There was a nice outside patio area for use during meal times. The property was a 10-15 min walk from Lyon Part Dieu station, walking next to the Westfield shopping complex. There was a downstairs bar area with a pool table, next to the welcoming lobby area.
The room was a bit too small but luckily we had small bags and didn't need to unpack much. A mixed fruit salad and more cold salad vegetables e.g. tomatoes/cucumber at breakfast would've been great. Overall, however still a pleasant stay.
