Great place to work and stay during a business trip. Nice breakfast. They have a nice gym and even a squash court that I'd have loved to take advantage of but couldn't since I was traveling alone. It would have been awesome if the Residence could propose matches with other residents/travelers for a game.
Free parking. I would stay here again and even consider longer term stays if + events can be organised.
Error with an invoice and impossible to get it fixed. Called and emailed but error persisted, which impacts accounting. The coffee machine was not working one day during breakfast.

Bien servi et complet.

Everything was great except for the cleanliness of the room.
Cleaning staff did not do their jobs properly, we had to constantly remind them to clean the room. New bed sheets and towels smelled bad and had stains; we had to request a replacement on several occasions. A low score was given just because of the cleanliness.
