Really good spa and swimming pools, the hotel was immaculately clean and friendly staff
Breakfast was very poor, small buffet, not the standard you would expect from this place, why would you expect people to eat from a side plate?
The fresh fruit had something not right about it, it was as off it had been in a preservative or sanitiser, this was noted by other guests as well.
Croissants why would you serve little shitty generic one?, you are in France why not make an effort to get them for breakfast.
The hotel is nice just remember to book with spa access and don’t bother with breakfast it’s really crappy

- The room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable.
- Excellent breakfast and top-notch spa.
-The gym is fantastic, easily one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used.
- Friendly and helpful staff.
- Great parking options, including underground and EV charging spots.
- Convenient location, not far from the city center.
- WiFi was unreliable and kept disconnecting.
- No mini fridge in the room and poor sound insulation from the window.
- The building show clear signs of age and wear.
- Gym only opens with the spa, not early morning. I wished it was accessible 24/7 like many other hotels.
- Spa rule requiring speedo-style swimsuits for men felt unnecessary.
- EV charging spots sometimes blocked by regular cars as parking. This is unacceptable, the hotel needs to take action to keep these spaces available for charging only.

Staff were friendly and helpful
There was no air-conditioning. There was no fridge in room. The WiFi didnt work. The coffee was bad the spa was booked out with no prices online then ridiculously overpriced without and discounts for this who payed for spa access breakfast was limited.
