Great stay

We stayed here as a big group for love international festival and booked the whole place. The apartments are fantastic, very modern and well equipped. The location is amazing only 5 mins walk up the hill to the entrance for the festival site. The owners live in an apartment on the bottom floor and there is a communal area with a big table outside around the back that can be used. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

There is an air con unit in the main living area but not the bedrooms.

Lovely new apartment

Beautiful and good sized apartment. Very lovely and helpful host. The mattresses were firm and very comfortable. Great location for the Garden resort.

WiFi was extremely poor to non-existent. No microwave.

Was made extremely unpleasant because of the host giving you no privacy and crying children.

Property is close to the garden resort which is ideal and it has parking space.

Unfortunately what ruined it for us was the host. We were constantly shouted at in a language we couldn’t understand and even after explaining we still were shouted out! You have zero privacy staying here. The host constantly was looking in through our balcony to check if we had the door open and the air con on. The air con wasn’t great either and meant it was very warm in the apartment. The host is very invasive and you never feel like you can settle. We had friends stop by on the way to the beach and were shouted at by the host who is constant sat outside monitoring everyone coming in and out. Also, the host leaves her apartment door open near the entrance to the apartment blocks so that she can see people coming in and out. However this also causes issues because there was a young child staying with the host/the hosts family and the child was crying/screaming and was just very loud. Because their door was constantly open, this meant you could hear the screaming and crying constantly and you could just never get any rest.

Amazing apartment, amazing host families

What an amazing stay! The apartment is in a family building. The host family lives on ground floor. So, someone was always there. Still, you get your own apartment with the key and stay independently and they never bothered us. I also have never felt like I was invading their space or I needed to do something to satisfy their need at all. 1) Believe me when I say it was immaculately cleaned. 2) building is solid with good windows and sound proofing. 3) kitchen, hot water, electricity, AC... everything was working perfectly. 4) There was BBQ area the guests are welcome to use, too. And above all, the host families are just so amazing. Mara, grandma, who speaks German was always upbeat and with happy energy. By the time our stay was over, we actually wanted to come back to see her again. Crazy. 😂 There are other family members who speak fluent English, too and they really welcomed us. We loved our home away home....

Close to the Garden but far away from grocery stores.

Would not return mostly for the behaviour of the hosts and lack of bedding

The location of the property was great, we were in between the garden resort and the town. it was easy to get to the local amenities. The property was fairly clean, bar a few dirty plates and cups, and the balconies were sun facing which was nice.

The beds didn’t have any proper bedding, there were no bottom sheets and a small thin sheet for a cover. The hosts were rude, and did not give us any privacy as they repeatedly banged on the front doors and entered the apartments without asking when people were trying to shower/change etc. The main host would shout something at us every time we walked past, and if we asked her for any help she would be abrupt and not very helpful. we would not return mainly for this reason.

Excellent

The apartment is modern and everything is of high quality. It is all proper, clean, and shiny, maintained by a very friendly and admirable host. She invited us for a home-made meal and a nice drink. This was highly appreciated, together making it to an extraordinary stay.

Vacation Stay

The location. My host and his family are excellent. Great people. Even offered to give us a lift to a larger marker farther away for groceries. I cannot recommend this property enough!!! Staying here enhanced my vacation ten-fold. THANK YOU!

Exceptional

Outstanding hospitality. Probably the kindest hosts I ever had and I travelled pretty much. Mate and his mother made our stay so comfortable and even baked a tasty meat pie for us. Couldn’t ask for more. Location is also perfect for us who were visiting festival in Garden resort.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you might need for the holidays. The host was very helpful and super friendly. We spent a week the apartment and we could not have wanted more. Mara hvala za sve, bilo nam je odlično i sigurno čemo se vratiti!

Immaculate apartment and warm, friendly and helpful hosts. We loved our time there.

The apartment is modern and immaculately clean. Ivan and Mara and were perfect hosts. Welcoming, warm and friendly. They invited us to join them for drinks on the patio on our first evening and on our last evening cooked traditional Croatia 'Peka' for us and again we dined with their family and other guests on the patio. We had an issue with a flat car battery during our stay and within minutes Ivan had a neighbour who was a mechanic there to help us and resolved the issue. Absolutely wonderful hosts and we can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you once again for everything!!

Exceptional

Perfect location, perfectly equipped and absolutely lovely family looking after us while we stayed!

The local supermarket had closed down from last year so it was a ten minute walk to the closest shop which really is nothing to complain about!
