Stars Palace - excellent location

We had a great stay at Stars Palace. The owner was very friendly, fluent in English and easy to communicate with, from check-in to end of stay. The apartment itself was very spacious, with a large bedroom sleeping 3, a full size kitchen and nice modern bathroom. A lovely privat terrace just beside the pool area. From the kitchendoor there is literally 50m. to the waterfront i Jezera, with shops, restaurants, boathire etc. So you cannot beat the location! Included in the apartment was a parking pass for Jezera, Betina and Tisno, which was great. All in all we have no problems recommending Stars Palace.

Very poor

No hot water on 2nd floor. Or you need to be first to take a shower, which probably means you need to take shower around 16-17 to be sure you'll take shower under hot water. Fridge - sound like somebody is breathing like dying. Cannot understand how those rooms got 2 or 3 stars. It can be maybe 1.

Room was very good for the price and pool was amazing. Would highly recommend! Super close walk to supermarket and cafes/restaurants , and 10 minute walk to beach.

This place was in the perfect location, close to many eating spots and many beaches. We loved our stay here and the staff were very accommodating with our check out and super super nice!!! They had great balcony’s and the pool was a highlight.

Excellent hosts, great location, and would visit again!

The apartment was great, with good communication with Branka throughout the week with any questions we needed help with. There are a few local restaurants which are great, and a little supermarket which is perfect for buying things for cooking. There were all necessary cooking utensils, which made it easy with a dishwasher and washing machine easy to use too!

The pool is great, but lots of families so often very busy/didn’t feel welcome (but this is not a negative reflection of the stay, just something to be aware of).

Very good

The place was located at a central square close to the sea and restaurants, super easy to get around. The room we stayed had a sea view, air-conditioning worked great and it was clean. I would definitely come here again, however we would try some of the larger rooms with a kitchen. We haven't used the pool, but it was nice to sit around it for a morning coffee. :)

Everything was great, except the minor issue we had in the bathroom, the drain was not working properly, causing a thin layer of water to remain after showering. However, we got the help from the staff that would send someone to look at it and fix the issue immediately, but we decided to leave it as it was our pre-last day. I sure that it was resolved after our leave.

Exceptional

Amazing value for money apartment. Very clean, spacious and a lovely pool. Owners were very welcoming and allowed late checkout for us with having a late flight on the day of checkout. Would deffo stay again and recommend

Good value for money

The apartment is very close to the beach and town center and has a nice balcony. The owner is very nice and helpful.

The room was small but it has a large balcony you can hang out on so it’s not really a problem.

It was a lovely spot with great restaurants close and everyone was friendly. The apartment was extremely clean with good A/c and would love to stay there again if the WiFi improved.

WiFi was poor and could hardly get a reception most of the time

Lovely place my 2nd time of staying the only small complaints is the wi-fi is rubbish and getting a taxi at 6am was a struggle as it's a little village which is lovely so had to walk to Tisno with a small case early

our stay was fab this isn’t a 5 star hotel but it met our needs

the location was fab and that it had a pool and was close to restaurants

there is no long mirror in the rooms for the ladies to be able to get ready. there should be a broom or dustpan in the room so that the floor can be cleaned during your stay not enough sun loungers

The accommodation is very nice for the price and is in a good location.

* A grocery store is nearby (1 min by foot) * A beach is nearby (5 min by foot) * A large pool in the garden with the possibility of sitting * A pool is cleaned daily * Each apartment has air condition * Many restaurants in the nearby area * An apartment with the kitchen has dishwasher * Willingness - the air conditioner broke when we arrived, they provided us with a mobile air conditioner for the first night, they tried to fix it, but it broke again, then they moved us to another apartment I had zero expectations after reading the reviews. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised - the accommodation is very nice for the price and is in a good location.

* Few kitchen tools and kitchenware (hard to cook dinner for 6 people in one little pot, there was only one small blunt knife, etc.) * Only few apartments has balcony - I recommend booking rooms with a garden view (it is in the description of the apartments but it is hard to notice) * The broom and vacuum cleaner were not freely available - you have to ask for them whenever you need them * The rooms without kitchen are really small - if you need place to sleep and take shower, it is good enough - otherwise consider apartment with kitchen * Garden has very few benches and deck chairs considering the number of apartments * Small problems with the air conditioning * No mosquito nets - you have to be very careful when you want to clear the air in the room in the evening (don't know if it's even necessary when you have air conditioning)

Bathroom is very good. Dishwasher is very comfortable things at this apartments.

There aren't mosquito nets on the window, just chemical raid, which is not good. We had many mosquito bites, a specially our baby.

Exceptional

We really like the location of the apartment, as everything was really close. Two great beaches and several great restaurants are just 5 minute walk away. Communication with the host was really easy and pleasant.

Maybe it would be good to provide more kitchen utensils and also coffee, tea, sugar, salt, etc. for the guests to use. Wi-fi was very slow and the signal was bad in some parts of the apartment.

Nice apartment in the centre of Jezera. Problems with AC

- nice and spacious kitchen with 6 person table - big balcony with 6 person table (view on the swimming pool and sports centre) - swimming pool - fig tree - easy check-in - parking card is provided so it's possible to park not only in Jezera. There are parkings close to the apartment so it's possible to find a free spot easily

- AC broke and it took 2 days for someone to come, that's crazy, it took 10-15 minutes to fix it... 2/7 days that we spent there we didn't have AC, it shouldn't be like that - wifi works, you can connect but there's no internet connection - it's problematic because LTE barely works in Jezera. Prepare for "internet rehab" if you want to stay in the apartment mainly - dishwasher worked really poor - swimming pool without light (working hours 9-21) - only 4 sunbeds - a lot of mosquitos, especially in the small toilet - only one key for 6 people

Very low value for money

Location.

Apartment is full of mosquitos and some little flies. Floor is not very clean. Pool is not clean as it is on pictures. People from around houses use that swimming pool too. Will not recommend.
