Above and beyond amazing.

El resorte es magnífico. La comida fue muy rica. Ay Variedades y muchas cosas que hacer para divertirnos pero lo más importante y lo más que me voy a recordar es qué bonito fueron los trabajadores conmigo. Todos fueron excepcional y estupendo. Pero sí le quiero dar 1 millón de gracias a unos trabajadores específicos que hicieron todo lo posible para que yo tuviera un viaje magnífico. Esos trabajadores son Elaine Moronta, Radalfi, Elaine Rodriguez, Smerling, Yudid, Jennifer, y Rosa. Otra vez, 1 millón de gracias por tratarnos muy bien. Que Dios se lo agradezca hoy y siempre.

Bad management, bad costumer service

We did no like anything as our experience was horrible from the start to the end

Only the beach was beautiful

The hotel cleanliness was horrible. It didn’t feel clean at all. Everything looks old.

Had a wonderful visit with farflung family in a lovely setting despite shortcomings but woul not return.

Grounds were lovely. Beach just steps away. Pool scene pretty and lively. Staff nice and accommodating.

Food was at best mediocre. Buffet was not bad. Specialty restaurants were below par. Did not have one memorable meal in 5 days. Shower in our room leaked all over the floor when in use. Room spacious and bed comfortable but building one definitely needs refurbishing. House cleaning was outstanding. We booked a deep sea fishing trip for a pretty penny that turned out to be incredibly primitive and a harrowing boat ride on choppy water and no fish! We cut the trip short. No fans in restaurants.

The only reason I stayed here was for my family gathering, I would never do it again.

The only good things were the beach and the on-site photographers.

The rooms were mediocre and not very clean (stained towels/bedding). The food was not the best, and we found a mealworm in our food the first night. Much of the staff, particularly men, like to treat women as if they need to earn their assistance. If I asked for a towel for the pool, I don’t need to beg for it. Also, all-inclusive is NOT all inclusive. You don’t get top shelf anything and they have the audacity to charge for one of the restaurants. They charge more than many of the hotels on the island and it is NOT worth it.

Everything was top notch, excellent food, the shows bar’s coffee shop is a very good resort . The receptionist all 3 girls where very welcoming and attentive

The only thing I’m disappointed is that my room was given around 4:00 pm and we couldn’t enjoy the facility and get to use the drinks at the bar since we didn’t have our bracelets to use the all inclusive. We we t to the water park and it was closing they didn’t let us in. And o e of the pools it was closed too. Overall everything else was exceptional. Great resort. For the next they should hand out the bracelets so you can use the facilities until the room is ready. I spend almost $500 for one night and I couldn’t enjoyed the hotel

Great Family Vacay!

Friendly staff and facility was very clean. Lots of activities throughout the day for all ages. Beach was very clean and much better than resorts down the beach. Burger hut for lunch had great burgers and sports bar had great wings.

Lots of open air concepts which means not much a/c, so makes it a little difficult when u want to cool down or want a nice cool place to eat. A few air-conditioned spots but not many. Food was just sub-par and almost everyone in our group of 15 was sick with stomach issues.

My Royalton experience

Beautiful hotel. My room had seen better days but was a good size and had a steamer which was easy to use. Coffee shop, pool bar and views from my room were all fab. Good variety of food on offer at the buffett.

Customer service was a bit hit and miss and my poor Spanish often meant communication was sometimes a challenge. There was a robe but no slippers in my room....am still waiting for them to arrive lol

The servers at the pool area were great. Tipping may been a motivator.

Resort is older and many areas show age. Needs some TLC, especially in the rooms. Service was exceptionally SLOW, and generally not concerned. Food was sub par, at best.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in

Some of the staff were nice

I booked two rooms, and the second room was for an adult and a 5-year-old child, who charged me for two adults and wouldn't refund the difference. Very bad hotel. The towels in the room are old, and always don’t remember to give them when you tip them. The food in the dining room is perfunctory and the food is the same every day

Overall a good trip.

Great beach area, food was very good. Entertainment very good beach foam party on Friday great idea but nothing on Saturday at the pool. Guess services agent Patricia provide excellent service/information.

Wait/porter/butler Staff not courteous at all no eye contact no communication. ATM machine broken no back up.

I booked this stay because the ratings seemed good, but was automatically let down upon arrival. After speaking with other guests, it seems like almost everyone was unsatisfied with their stay. I am currently in contact to try and get a refund of some sort. So disappointed.
