The staff was great especially my butler Ovaldo , he was so informative also keeping in touch he made my stay absolutely amazing. He even surprised me on my birthday by decorating my door. Awesome customer service
The food at the MarketPlace restaurant was not the best, however, the Japanese and the Italian restaurants were awesome. There needs to be variety in the food options and entertainment. Sports bar food was also below par.

The entertainment was great
My jacuzzi had mold. I spoke to management and was told that they would change the jet streams. A worker comes and says he’s going to paint it. The manger told me that he would let my butler know about my issue. When I checked out my butler had no idea. The manger never told him. I even asked if I can get a discount on my room because I could even use the jacuzzi. My girlfriend is allergic to mold. It’s not fair I paid for a room that I could not even enjoy all of what it had to offer. I didn’t get compensated or even credit on another stay.
