Most of the staff was great. Had 1 greattt bartenders then had one that surely didn’t want to be at work that day. The buffet and their staff was top notch.
Adult only areas. I booked and adult only hotel but there were kids everywhere

My butler service was spectacular! Thank you Rodvel. You were above reproach and deserve to be a 5 star resort! I also liked being in the Hideaway for a more adults only exclusive feel. The resort entrance and throughout is definitely nice. The service and workers were all very nice! Hibachi was excellent!
I paid for Diamond Club. It gave me nothing special. They ran out of simple drinks like lemonCielo. The swim up room was ok. Their rooms are standard and not as special as the cost. My bathroom ceiling was coming apart every time I took a shower. They had to come fix it temporarily clearly. The food was decent at most places but not the best. We had to wait 45 mins at the steakhouse when we were first in line at the opening. The entertainment was ok. There was a great Spanish band one night in the rain. Couldn't go to the beach AT ALL. It was not blue. I went in September. Seaweed was terrible.
