Estaba cerca del hospital donde tenía un familiar. Las habitaciones son antiguas, están limpias, el colchón y las almohadas son incómodas. La atención del personal de cocina y ballet parking es amable y respetuosa. La atención en recepción no es amable.
Al llegar, una chica me atendió de mala gana, dijo que no tenía la reserva de la 2a habitación a nombre de Anahí Domínguez a pesar de mostrarle el documento de Booking.com

Top Lage, Metro direkt in der Nähe.
Großer Wal Mart in der Nähe.
Personal freundlich und sehr Hielfsbereit.
Das Taxi buchen über Booking .com hat nicht so funktioniert.
Das buchen ja, die Agentur hat ihre Fahrer nicht zu den angegebenen Orten geschickt.
Per Telefon sagte mir der Taxifahrer, er wäre jetzt da, am Hotel. Das war er aber NICHT.
Nur durch die Hilfe des Hotelmanager, der ein weiteres Telefonat führte mit dem Taxifahrer, wurde ich 5 Minuten später am Hotel abgeholt zum Flughafen. Die Hinfahrt war ähnlich schlecht. Habe mir ein neues Taxi gebucht. Transportbuchung kann nicht weiter empfohlen werden. Meine Reklamation wurde nicht akzeptiert. Das Hotelpersonal ist 1A.

La ubicación del hotel fue excelente para las actividades planeadas en la ciudad.

Baño sucio, la recepción no respeto mi reservación y querían cobrar más, cuando mostré la reservación me respetaron el precio pero no la reservación, según ella me hizo el favor de darme una habitación
