Lo staff è stato incredibilmente disponibile, avevamo un problema con i treni e si sono adoperati con zelo, impegnando molto del loro tempo. Siamo rimasti davvero colpiti dalla loro gentilezza e disponibilità.

Great location. There is a big elevator for luggages. Some great amenities including a self massage chair and a washer/dryer.
No breakfast. One of our rooms smelled like cigarettes. Hard to park.

Lovely little hotel on the old street, room was very comfortable. Bed was nice and comfy. A bit far from the mountain and the other old towns. The paper hand & bath towels were not very good at drying you off after the shower, other than that the room was very nice.
