All of the above. Shout out to Michael (the owner) and his staff. They are very helpful in many ways. Facilities are great and they have all the resources you may need to make your trip smooth and memorable. Please clean as you go and respect other guests when you stay there.
My only concern on the location is the taxi services. They don't go on the road earlier than 0500 I should say. So, plan ahead of time on your transportation when staying in the area especially if climbing Fuji.

I booked it as a last-minute one-night stay next to Mount Fuji, and was not disappointed! It's easy to reach from Tokyo by train, the check-in was very smooth, and I had a comfortable night. The hostel is simple but well-equipped, it is quiet and in a great location for admirers of Fuji-San.
