Great private space.Comfortable beds.Some kitchen utensils provided. Hairdryers and towels provided .Washing machine and dryer.Location within easy driving distance to beaches,places of interest and airport. Polite host.

Master bedroom bathroom door and another bedroom door often got stuck. Pool shower and bubbles didn't work.Sun bed broken. Master bedroom shower not very good. Some TLC would get higher ratings .

no washing machine, dirty pool, certain things broken in villa, bath bubbles did not work, radio did not work, no oven dishes for cooking , wine fridge not working, no welcome pack left, only 3 sun beds for 7 people, any extra things we would need we would have had to pay for and 40 euros a day to heat the pool is awful so did not use much as no pool cover either

The privacy and cleanliness of the villa was brilliant, easy communication with the owner , facilities were also fantastic.

The property far exceeded our expectations. From the greeting we received on arrival to us being blown away by the space, the privacy and the sheer relaxation the property allowed us to achieve. The Villa provided us with everything we had hoped for and far more. It was only five minutes drive from the airport, a five minute drive or ten minute walk to the supermarket yet the peace and quiet as if you were miles away from everything. The location of the house is perfect if you prefer a quieter area a little bit out of the way, but not too far away from the action if you want to have a day or night out. The pool area was lovely, equipped with loungers, sofas and a dining table. There was also a BBQ area outside which worked fantastic and we enjoyed using it. Inside was nicely decorated and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The HiperDino supermarket in Tias is a short walk away, but on quite a busy main road which could be treacherous for children or older adults, so we would recommend getting taxis (only 3 Euros each way) or driving.

There were some areas of the house that could definitely be improved upon, such as a lack of kitchen cleaning products, the broken knob on the oven, the controls to turn on the bath and outdoor pool jets which seemed broken and the sun loungers that fell apart quite a lot when we moved them. A welcome manual would have been great too. We also found the host to be quite hard to deal with as there was an issue on booking.com which meant the house had been apparently booked for 2 people, when in fact we were a larger group of 9 (and we had definitely selected this upon booking). The host reached out to us via WhatsApp to introduce themselves, and when we notified them of this mistake they asked us to pay more money to amend the booking to 9 people. As we had not made any mistake when we booked, this was clearly either a website or host issue - and we ended up having to liaise with booking.com and the host for over two weeks to rectify the booking, which was very annoying and stressful. The host did not make this process easy at all as they were constantly unavailable when booking.com tried to contact them, which seemed very suspicious to us as we were able to contact them on WhatsApp earlier with no issue. After two weeks we were finally able to get the booking amended, but the ordeal definitely did not fill us with confidence or trust in the host. When we arrived at the property we were also told we had to pay a damage deposit of 300 Euros which would be returned to us at the end of our stay as long as there was no damage - this was something we were aware of from the original booking, but as the listing did not state the method of payment we assumed that it would be a card payment. Upon arrival we were asked to pay this in cash, which we found odd as we would have no way of getting this money back after we had checked out and left the property, so this came across a tad sketchy in all honesty. The host eventually allowed us to pay on card minus bank fees.
