Great location, slightly further from central train station and tourist places. No worries, free Luzern visitor card is given in advance for free public transportation. Clean bedsheets, housekeeping is provided every day for bathroom. Free toiletries (not many hostels offer that), free locker room to store luggage after checking out (2 Fr coin is required to use the lock).
Please install mosquito nets. On my second evening we had huge bugs jumping inside the room. And kitchen could be cleaned more, fridge is quite dirty, but fault lies with the tenants.

The hotel is close to the bus stop, which made getting around very convenient. The luggage storage for 2 CHF was a great service, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Most of the furniture was very old. The bedside tables were wobbly, and the beds felt unstable too. I was honestly afraid to sleep on the bed, so I ended up putting the mattress on the floor. To my surprise, I noticed that the bed frame had already been broken and had been patched up with duct tape.
We stayed on the 3rd floor, while the shared kitchen was on the ground floor, so it was quite tiring having to go up and down all the time.

Location convenient and have common kitchen
Hot during summer despite table fan provided. Check in time rather late at 4pm on the dot and not earlier

The location is great and very close to the bus stop.the staff were nice.
The room was so small, the floor was not flat, it had slope from one end to another end that our carry-on was moving n itself. The bathroom was very tiny, was so difficult to avoing toiching the walls
