The location which is nearest to lakeside, clock tower and Spreuer & Chapel Bridge. Easy to go anywhere you like and best for solo traveller only.
The charge for the locker key is quite high, and the locker area is very cramped. It gets blocked when people walk through to their rooms, which is disruptive. Overall, other aspects of the stay were fine and satisfactory. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a brief one or two-night stopover only.

Comfortable and very quiet.
They must to control better the guest’s especially women who make a mess in the bathrooms.

The cleanliness of the place really stood out to me. :)
The temperature within your capsule can't be regulated. :/ So it got a little too warm for me at night and I couldn't do anything about it.

Location was excellent. Check in was easy and the staff were helpful.
I found it a little difficult to get in and out of the pod but thats more down to my age than anything else. It is what it is and overall I enjoyed the experience as its something very different.
