The breakfast was great. The staff were helpful. The shower was great.
The hotel is very dark, including the lobby, halls and our room.

It’s a historic building - impressive! The entire design looks amazing with the restaurant are in the internal piazza!
The first room had a small high-level window and felt like I am in a dungeon. I got a room at top floor - it was ok, but at the of June (13C outside overnight) with no heating, it was very cold for taking a shower. I got third room and it was lovely. Small space inside all rooms, but it was ok. Very nice breakfast (although I had to pay for my espresso - only filter coffee available as included)
Room sizes (I saw three) quite small. But since is a historical building, I guess is parry of the charm!

The staff were exceptional. Everyone was friendly, kind and helpful! Especially Jo - she was special and went to extraordinary lengths to ensure I knew where to visit and what to do. Even spending time to get to know me. Which is something that is missing in this increasingly digital world… We need more human love and kindness.
No bed side table in my room. I sleep with a cpap and need a table.
