Only seaside stay in konark.

Extremely friendly staff. Mr. Sunil , the manager took personal care and gave entire information on travel, sites and how and when to visit Mr. Niranjan the masterchef balanced the different types of meals including veg/non-veg and local odishi preparations so we did not feel monotonous during the stay Mr. Bhabhani, the restaurant superviser made comfortable arrangements for us every meal all along, except for the hot weather that was expected, we enjoyed the stay Plus pointa: location, friendly staff, clean resort, good pool, konark temple is very near

more choice if bread would be good. dosa could be served in fresh plates rather than sliding in used plates, Small spoons for gulab jamun were missing. the restaurant did not have STAPLE vanilla ice cream. cold coffee served with scoop of chocolate ice cream!! chocolate ice cream was cheap, not creamy had a medicinal smell. Every guest should be informed about the escort facility to the beach. Gravy panner was too spicy despite clear instructions of less spicy. Ultra Noisy door, we used oil to fix the note

Good but a little annoying due to some drilling work in the resort vicinity.

The staff co-operation is nice. Also some of the sea food menu is excellent.

The continuous drilling sound of the kumotshu machine in the vicinity of the resort was utterly irritating and annoying. Couldn't enjoy the serenity for which Lotus resort is known for. The niche value and the USP of this resort is the tranquility which got affected by the continuous work in its vicinity. The resort needs to take care to inform the guests in advance that some work would be going on at that point of time so that I could rescheduled my bookings.

Excellent ocean view and Uber cool cottages

The location is superb. You can sit for hours in the restaurant just listening to the sound of waves hitting the shore. The staff is also polite and helpful.

Wonderful experience. Natural beauty was phenomenal. Everything was good. Food, staff, cleanliness, ambience, nature...Everything.

Nothing as such I dislike. A little enhancement is possible about theme garden or some green shades more.

The entire Resort, Greenery, Nearby confluence of Sea and River view, Staff - Babu Bharati, Chef. Behera are excellent

The Parking place to resort walking under hot sun as Battery operated vehicle seems to be only one.

Exceptional stay amidst natural environment.

The location of the resort is exceptional and very apt (near the river and sea confluence) which provides a wonderful view. Along with all facilities provided, proper care has been taken to maintain the natural serenity and environment which makes the stay much more relaxing. The staff is very much cordial and helpful. Food is great. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Eco friendly resort with beautiful view.

Too much external crowd in restaurant during lunch time, they don't had much time to serve customers better. Food varieties is less and taste is very average. Room size is too small, there is hardly any space left to walk around the bed.

it was wonderful experience staying over there.

Gentle & helpful staff. Food preparation was as we wanted by Chef Niranjan, awesome. clean rooms & superb services.

Breakfast time is delayed, difficult to catch the early morning programs for visiting other places. Breakfast items to be tagged, so the people know, what they need to take. price of the food expansive too.

Loved the overall experience and would definitely come back and recommend to others as well!!

Location is one of the best part of the property!! Food was really good with lots of variety. Staff is very cordial and helpful. The property is very well maintained and ambience is absolutely amazing!!

Some of the basic facilities were missing. No laundry bags and slippers were provided in the room. The plastic water bottles should be replaced with glass ones to reduce plastic waste. Also the Pool could have been bigger.

I would say the best part would be the location and spread out property with lots of activities for kids. Best for families with kids. Shoutout to in room dining and housekeeping staff. Very nice folks. Swadhin, Arya, Prabhu, Mr.Sunil(Property Manager), really left an impression on me. Thanks…!!

Lots of silly rules and regulations, few areas inaccessible such as an outdoor sit out, since they want to monetise. Found it extremely cheap. They charge for bottled water. That was weird because no hotel does it anymore. Security personnel need to be sensitised more on how to behave with guest. Quite of bit of improvement required in Customer Relations mgmt.
