in general was nice 😊

it was nice, clean, most of the staff was helpful, close to public transport , shops and amenities.

the lady who was in the breakfast area was unfriendly always look angry, we was there for 10 days and every afternoon o night when we come back from our day trip always was things available to have coffee o water in the lounge area but last Wednesday 7/6 the lady who was in the reception around 5.30 pm was rude with us, when we ask for disposable cup to drink water, she answer that it wasn’t breakfast time, and we couldn’t have anything to drink there, we explained that everyone was doing that and we never have problem before to just have water o something warm to drink because it wasn’t available in the rooms,then she said she was going to see if it was anything around and didn’t come back, later the security man was nice to find a cup for us. But this was the only problem we have, the others staff was very nice and helpful 😊

Fine if you are OK with a basic but clean hotel room.

Great location and good breakfast.

Our room looked out on the street and it was noisy until late at nite. Get an interior room.

Clean hotel and friendly staff

Hotel was very clean. Staff was awesome. Very friendly and ready to answer all your questions. Great customer service. Location was close to everything!

The only thing that salvaged this place was the location and the staff was nice. I also liked that I spent most of my time exploring the city so I didn’t have to be there much.

Everything. The mattress was as hard as a rock, the sheet was paper thin and had hair on it, the towels were like sandpaper and have seen better days, the breakfast selection was minimal at best and lacked variety. I paid for breakfast but skipped 3 of the 6 days because it was tortillas and refried beans everyday, which meant I had to go out and pay for another breakfast. The room had no curtains which would allow some light in. The options were to moon the adjoining rooms or be in a dark room with poor lighting. I paid for a “deluxe queen room” and got a regular room with a double bed and the floor had no carpets.

Great place to stay for the value. Great location right in the historical center.

Excellent location. The hotel has all the necessary. Breakfast is good. Good service and attention.
