Really good location in short walking distance to two tram stops (1 & 26).
Really comfy bed and the apartment is in a very quiet area - go to Anne & Max for your breakfast and Fosco for dinner - just near the Lloyd Hotel.
The outdoor security light to illuminate the key safe didn’t work and had to ask a passer by for his mobile phone to get in the first night as we left our phones in the apartment.

Posizione fantastica, in un quartiere residenziale vicino al mare con un bellissimo spazio esterno in cui respirare la vera atmosfera della città, lontano dalla calca dei turisti. La proprietaria è intervenuta dopo pochissimi minuti quando abbiamo segnalato il difetto della tenda che non si chiudeva compromettendo la privacy su strada, inoltre è stata gentilissima offrendoci birra e vino per il piccolo disagio avuto. Pulitissimo e attrezzato, anche senza una vera cucina, ma c'era tutto il necessario per organizzare una colazione da godersi sul tavolo all'esterno. Letto più comodo di quello di casa. La proprietaria, vista la grande ondata di caldo che colpiva l'Europa del nord in quei giorni, ci ha prontamente fornito un ventilatore. Anche per il check out, non avendo nell'immediato altri ospiti, ci ha lasciato la libertà di lasciare l'alloggio comodamente oltre l'orario previsto. Stessa cosa avvenuta per il check in, facendoci trovare l'alloggio pronto in anticipo. Con bus o tram si raggiungeva il centro in 10 minuti massimo, con le bici in 5 minuti si arrivava alla stazione. Il mare è vicinissimo per potersi godere anche un tramonto. Andateci senza esitazione, non ve ne pentirete. Se amate i gatti vi piacerà vedere i tanti felini delle famiglie che abitano vicino e che passeranno per ricevere qualche coccola

Mogelijkheid om af te wassen was niet goed (in de wasbak in de badkamer). Deksel waterkoker was defect - gevaarlijk!
Gebruiksaanwijzing magnetron ontbrak.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au studio Eastendroom. Le quartier est moderne, agréable et tranquille. L’aménagement du studio est confortable et le lit est très grand. Il est grand ouvert sur la rue par une baie vitrée et une table sur le trottoir permet de prendre un verre dehors quand le temps le permet. Nous recommandons le restaurant indonésien Paon Bali à 15 minutes à pied sur Levantplein, nourriture excellente (plat unique qui change chaque jour) et bon accueil.
La salle de bain est bien aménagée mais la porte ferme mal. Nous regrettons que le loueur n’ait pas répondu à notre demande concernant la lumière du plafond qui ne fonctionnait pas. Par ailleurs la température de la pièce n’est pas réglable et en février il fait bien froid et venteux dans les rues. Un peu plus de chauffage nous aurait bien réchauffé. Il n’y a pas de restaurant ou de commerce proches sauf le supermarché Albert Heijn bien achalandé et le centre commercial Brazilie à 5 minutes de marche. Ressortir le soir est assez décourageant en hiver et se faire un vrai repas au studio est assez difficile car le coin cuisine est plutôt rudimentaire et mériterait d’être mieux organisé (la vaisselle doit se faire dans le lavabo de la salle de bain).
