Issues opening door to balcony in room, overhead fan faulty, water not working, but resolved.
Lack of communication from property prior to arrival.

Lodges & shared area all good. We were not there at the best time of year but Bjorn did his best to find the animals. Food really good
Not a fenced property so not able to move to rooms without being accompanied after dark

This was such a special location!
From the homemade meals that were delicious to the elephants coming by the pool and the game drives.
I honestly can’t say anything except that it was exceptional and we’ll remember it forever!
Thanks to the lovely owners.
It might be good to know that the rooms are about a minute walking from the accommodation, but that wasn’t a con for us.

Food exceptional. Elephants walking through camp and drinking from pool amazing. Walking safari good.
A number of minor issues. Safe not working. Tea in room not replenished. No drinks in minibar except water. Very noisy fridge in dining area. Had to pay a ZAR200 gate fee which we were not expecting.
