We had a family room and it was a good size. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was good, not too far from the old city.

The staff is so great, everyone is super nice and help you with everything they can!
The place is extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is clean and the water is hot.
Me and my gf had our 8 year anniversary and both our bd are in January, so they made the bed with flowers and towel origami!
There is a but of a weird smell out side the rooms and pool (does not get in side the room, and you get used to it quickly)

The pool was beautiful. Definitely made the hotel stay much nicer, very clean pool great temperature and well lit for night once the sun comes off it. Location of the hotel was central to everything in Chiang Mai. Was next to service station which is good for grabbing things quickly, but is a bit noisy too. They provide laundry service which was reasonable pricing compared to local laundry services and helpful, although staff seemed annoyed about requesting it (even though there’s signage for it).
Other than the pool, the property was very run down. Lift was very small and felt like it could break at any moment. Bed was really hard and uncomfortable and the blankets weren’t the right size for the bed and didn’t even cover the edges. Property didn’t even provide amenities like soap and was very reluctant to give you bottles of water. Weird things like missing power points in the bathroom for drying hair etc. Shower was terrible with no pressure. Balcony was one meter square box without a chair or anything. We ended up extending our stay in Chiang Mai but checked into another hotel in the same price range but ended up being luxurious.
