Love that they have family room, the property is quiet and the price is affordable
The shower had some drainage issues, as water tended to pool and took a few minutes to clear.
There was a receptionist during check-in, but afterward the lobby was unattended, so we had to reach out if we needed assistance.
Overall, it was still a pleasant stay.

very stylish, quite, great location, everything is in walkable distance! maintained just fine, especially for this money. room was big!!
there was a bit of ants and it was not cleaned very often and carefully. also water in the shower was very hard to get warm

grandpa ‘the owner’ are kind of good old kindness man as though he retired from a painting teacher career, reflexed on a water painting decor in every place’s corner …
an internet signal on second and third floors, but on the 1 st floor, a little matter indeed.

The property itself was very good, we stayed here 3 nights and the rooms were nice enough. For the money spent, it was a nice enough room in a good location.
On the 3rd night, we came back in to our room with a rat present. It had obviously been an issue in the room before as you could see where the hotel had tried to block a previous hole in to the room. The hygiene and rat problem has meant that this review has become lower, otherwise it would have had a higher score. Showers didn’t always drain either which was slightly gross.
