Location is great! It’s located I. One of the buildings surrounding the duomo. Lots of activity, places to eat coffee in the am. It’s a historical building! It’s on the top floor with a unique entrance. There is a lift in the building to help with luggage. The flat has everything you need for 2-3 ppl. Bathroom clean. Flat was clean. The staff was wonderful and responsive! PiazzaDuomo is in between Brera and Navigili. Both great locations to visit

This property is super close to the Duomo and the Galleria shopping mall. We couldn’t have been happier with the location of this place for our one night stay in Milan after a long flight with a young kid.
We stayed on the sixth floor in room 4 on September 6th of 2026. This room was brand new. I read horrible reviews about this hotel but I had no choice other than choosing this hotel for the location. But I am so incredibly happy that I chose this hotel despite reading all the horrible reviews regarding cleanliness and roaches. Let me tell you, this room and the bathroom were super clean. This room had a king bed with a kids single bed with very comfortable beddings. The room was spacious enough with a modern bathroom inside the room with great water flow in the shower, sink and the sprayer next to the toilet bowl. The bathroom had nice soap, shampoo, conditioner and plenty of towels. The bathroom did not have any body lotions, and I don’t think it’s uncommon for Italy. It was not difficult to find the hotel if you use google map. Our room had a small window facing the Duomo but the view was blocked which could be due to some structural supports or construction not sure though. It didn’t bother us at all given that we spent most of our time downstairs in front of the Duomo anyways. Also, I wasn’t bothered about the no view window because we stayed very little time in the room. We had fabulous sleep and woke up rested in the morning to enjoy the Duomo and the surrounding areas. This hotel has ton of great restaurants and cafes within no minutes. All in all, I will give this hotel 11 out of 10 for the location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds.
I loved this hotel so much that when I come back to Milan again I will stay here for sure. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Location and air conditioning
not very good for people with mobility issues as you have to take the lift to fourth floor and then thank the stairs to the fifth. If that wasn’t bad enough the was very dangerous flooring in the fifth floor and three additional treacherous steps to the apartment. Travelling with my elderly mum who was petrified of falling.
The apartment advertised a terrace. I would not call it a terrace more a building site with one chair to sit on (would not sit out in it). The apartment itself was very basic not the cleanest.
Could not even open windows. Had to put a towel over bathroom window as it only had a net curtain.
