The apartment is clean.
The location is great for pedestrians, but it's not accessible by private car, only by taxis. Morning truck deliveries create noticeable noise, and cooking smells from the restaurant downstairs are quite strong. Additionally, the female staff member I spoke with on the phone came across as somewhat rude.
