The owner is really kind at the day but don’t make noise at night

Location was great, and mama is so sweet. She helped us get our belongings that was left in the grab and gave us hugs as we left. The dog is a cutie as well. Holds your bags until check-in. Close to the nightlife and next door to 7-eleven
Some rooms have no windows, it’s not the cleanest but you get what you pay for.

While I can overlook the lack of basic amenities for the price (there was no toilet paper, no soap, washrooms didn’t get cleaned/trahsbins emptied once in two days, and you could hear absolutely everything happening not just next door but throughout the entire hostel) those issues weren’t what ultimately made my stay unpleasant.
The real problem was the owner. From the moment I checked in, she was extremely unfriendly and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her simply by being there. Instead of a welcome, I was immediately warned that everything was under CCTV surveillance in case I “misbehaved”. During my stay, I also witnessed her shouting — genuinely shouting — at other guests. I have never felt so unwelcome in accommodation before. If you don’t want people around, perhaps running a hostel isn’t the right choice.
