Everything was great for the price paid. Pleasant and helpful staff. Adequate breakfast. Everything you need was provided. Perfect location very central and also very close to the airport. Comfy bed. Ac worked well.
Wardrobe in the room smelled a bit musty so we put our clothes on top rather than inside.

DP House is the best place to stay in Chiang Mai! The perfect location in the heart of the old city, it is also a tranquil sanctuary with the oldest temple in the city right next door. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable with hot showers and air-con making them great value for money. Bikes are available to explore the city and the breakfast is outstanding - delicious home cooking (including home-made yoghurt), fresh tropical fruits plus eggs, toast etc. Sue is a lovely, accommodating host who is always happy to help. We can't wait to come back!
