It’s in a very quiet corner of Ubud city. Very near to Alchemy and a lot of good cafe and restaurants. You can walk or take a grab to Ubud center. Also get a private pool. All the people are very attentive and respond fast. We had a great time there.
You can’t use the hot water together, and better wait for 15 minutes apart. Even when we do so, the hot water for the 4th person is a bit not hot enough. Also there’s no place to hang the towels and dry clothes in the room.

The property was amazing having a private pool and two separate villas in the property with an outdoor kitchen area. The staff; houseman/villa attendant would come in the morning and cook breakfast fresh from the kitchen. Wayan was our lovely houseman and he was very helpful with our luggages as well as Mahindra both assisting to take our luggages to the villa.

The villa was amongst rice paddy fields; the villa was quiet and relaxing. Our hots were there to help whenever we needed anything. We had a great choice of restaurants to choose from in the area and a great day spa down the road and a fantastic coffee shop next door. Wayan cooked our breakfast every day and is a great cook. I would highly recommend this villa if you were looking for peace and quiet away from modern day living.
Be prepared to get on the back of a scooter as cars cannot access the area and get to the villa, this was not mentioned on the booking information. The villa is not in walking distance to Ubub town, so you have to get a taxi which will cost about around $15 Aus dollars each way. There is a TV in the villa but was not working even though the website advertises cable channels, there was also no microwave or iron.

It was private and quiet.
We had breakfast cooked for us each day.
The pool was lovely (but cold!)
The bathrooms are huge and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The villa itself was a 6-8 min walk from the main road. We did not realise it was only accessible on foot or by bike/scooter or we would not have stayed here.
The rooms in the villa (apart from the bathrooms) are not connected together internally. To get to the kitchen or the other bedroom you had to go outside and walk. Was not ideal for us as a family. The path to connect the rooms has steps in it, it is not well lit at night (I almost fell over) and in the rain it’s slippery.
There was no lock in the actual front door - the lock was an archaic chain and padlock that went around the door handle and you could only use it if you were out. At night it was locked from the inside only.
While we had wifi, the tv did not have any internet connection to it so we could not use it for Netflix etc.
