Location was fantastic - easy walk to the main areas of Victor Harbor
Feedback and do not think this is a whinge - more of an opportunity for improvement:
1. No bath mats for the bathrooms
2. No bath hand towels for the bathrooms
3. No washing basket available
4. Washing Dryer did not work - thankfully Mark from Unwind was available, his customer service was outstanding - thought on his feet and allowed us to use next door’s dryer
5. Remote control for security gate - failed most times and we had to park outside and walk in through the gate, again Mark from Unwind was superb, we borrowed the remote control allocated to unit 6 and it worked every time
6. Libby does not exist, she was supposed to be our host, I rang 3 times, left voice mails and text her multiple times, no response whatsoever - still waiting today, I was trying to discuss what do we do about the broken driver, thankfully Mark from Unwind was available, his customer service was outstanding - thought on his feet and allowed us to use next door’s dryer
7. Mark is phenomenal from Unwind - he deserves an award or acknowledgement - very good example of customer service
8. Broken tile at entry door car park - this is a heads up as someone May trip over here
9. Concave queen bed in the main bedroom - was terrible for your back, you actually rolled into the middle of the bed, we stayed at Ibis Adelaide after our trip at Victor Harbor and the difference was chalk and cheese.
10. Queen bed in the other bedroom actually had bed springs coming through which obviously caused a very poor nights sleep
11. Blood stains on doona in bedroom
12. Bathroom door lock does not work - you think it is locked and you can just push it open
13. Large rainstorm on the Friday night caused a significant amount of water to lay in front of the lift in front of the car park - extremely slippery - I would suggest nothing you can do about the rain storm but maybe lay down some non slip material

Great location and property could be great with a little more attention.
Beds were very uncomfortable and squeaky, bbq was dirty and needed to be cleaned before use.
Toilet buttons broken. Tap over sink in kitchen seems to be missing something causing water to spray all over the floor.

The Views from the Balcony were great
It was described as a Penthouse. The facilities were old. The Furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. The walls were marked. The washing machine door was broken and couldn't be opened. The clothes dryer didn't work. The toaster was old and rusted on top. The outdoor furniture was old, chipped and rusted. Far from a Penthouse. More like an older top floor apartment. Should not be advertised as a Penthouse.

the property just suited our family group of seven perfectly, spacious and well appointed, very efficient and easy organising our stay with the help of attentive staff.

I am wondering if anyone reads these survey's. I sent in one on 13/3/2023. Also as hadn't had a response to that survey sent a letter to Unwind to forward to Booking.co.
Place dirty,( floors need washed and place needs dusted)blood on donna( photo available) knobs missing off draws on bedroom, dent in wall in bunk room,ice cream left in freezer, half a button missing off toilet cistern.( photo available) When being charged $170 per stay for cleaning fees really not good enough. Also don't believe it can have the title of " Penthouse."

The Views
Unit not ready on arrival,not ready till 4.30 pm.We arrived at 1.30 pm After driving for 5 hours,
And the rooms had not been started to be cleaned??very Disapoited in that.

location was great, close to everything and beautiful view.
Beds were comfortable, very homely.
Could do with spare bin bags, dish cloth and bath mat as we had to buy our own.

was not clean. there was one filthy used sponge left for us in the kitchen, only 1 wine glass, 5 butter knives, no wifi, a broom with half a handle missing, one of the kids beds has sand in it, no mattress protector on main bed which was stained yellow from sweat.

fridge water dispenser did not work, fridge ice maker had black specks in it, no bbq gas bottle on arrival, hand basin in ensuite blocked, markings showing programmes on dishwasher worn out , could not read them to follow instructions to use, double bed mattress in 3rd bedroom did not give enough support, filtered water tap needs a new filter, broken outdoor chair

Not much to like very expensive, poor quality.
Everything was less than would be expexted for the price. No wi-fi which is now a industry standard and expected. Verf noisy needs better insulated windows, poorly cleaned and in ned of a complete overhaul and makeover to bring it into the modern era.

The apartment was very centrally located. It has a view of the Victor Harbour bay but is on a busy road.
The soft furnishings ( couch, cushions, doonas, sheets, mattresses, towels ) at the apartment were very old and stained. The mattress in the master bedroom, particularly, was stained with urine.
The kitchen was ill equip with glasses and bowls. The automatic gate remote to enter the property was not working so we opened the gate manually but could not lock it.

it wasn’t cleaned . beds not made no fresh linen . feaces in toilets . spit in bathroom sinks , dirty towels everywhere I. bathrooms. this accomadtion had not been cleaned. we left messages and had no response from anyone . do not stay here

The BBQ was not usable. There was a bag of rubbish in the fridge. The cushions in the out door area were covered in mould and there was food under and on the lounge.

Location was one of the best features of this apartment. It was comfortable and had a screened in verandah which was fabulous for all weather usage
We booked apartment 6, which was not clean, so I contacted the host and after 30 mins was rung back and told to change keys and use apartment 5, luckily it was a better standard but two bedrooms have no bedside lamps or bedside tables. The first bedroom the bed is almost on the floor, where are the legs? This bedroom also had no place to hang anything up. The second bedroom with the bunks, the ladder to the top bunk is in the wrong place and is welded so can't be moved. The main bathroom shower rose is badly leaking when turned on and more water goes straight down instead of spraying on you. This apartment can sleep 10 people but only 7 dinning chairs and only 2 x 2 seaters couches. Why? Apart from these little annoyances I've never been asked to wash, dry and put away my dishes or my bond would not be returned. Unusual and uncalled for.

It was a great location ..so close to alot of attractions. It was a lovely appartment to stay at ..so relaxing.
We had trouble with our gate sensor, it didn't work. But we were helped out by another resident.

Location was excellent, leave the car at home and walk to everywhere in Victor Harbor. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for two families if required.
The apartment was comfortable, but a little run down. Needs a paint and some of the furniture was a bit shabby. For the amount of money we paid I would have expected a bit better. Also, there was no internet/wifi. Again, for the price I think this was a massive omission.
