Great location between a park and the town. Large room with very comfortable beds. Safe cycle storage in locked garage. Easy access and good communication before arrival. We would have returned when our trip cut short by a wild fire on High Fens but it was fully booked. Easy safe access through town from the Vennbahn route.
The location of the garage door opener inside the garage is difficult to find (by the side door). I spent an uncomfortable few minutes thinking I was locked in without my phone...

We had self- check-in, very easy. The parking was just in front and the host directed me by phone to find the right entrance due to road works. She was very kind. We also were allowed to have later checkout. There was coffee machine and capsules, as well as bakery around the corner, which compensates for no breakfast.
no A/C - in the heat wave that's a problem, but we did not have a hot day.

Awesome! Ground floor. Staff-less check-in. To our room in minutes. Shower, not tub. Ample room. Bike garage was over-the-top.
