Great place, great food. Wish every provider cared this much

The food was great, the owner was incredibly invested in getting everything right. It was a real pleasure being at a place with that level of attention to excellence.

Great place to stay, owner and staff are excellent, Food is supreme and bar has great atmosphere

Great Hotel, restaurant and bar was excellent . The owner Gerard or Gerty is on site all the time, early morning to late night and looks after your every need. Rooms were fantastic and all modern. Could not fault anything with this hotel. We were there for the Belgium Gan prix and were shuttled in and out by Gerty each day which made for one of the best places we have ever stayed for a Gran Prix. We will be back to stay here again.

There was nothing not to like about this hotel.

Lovely hotel, great location.

The hotel was very noisy at night, sadly we didn't get a wink of sleep the whole time we stayed. This was due to other residents making loud noises in the corridors as well as music playing loudly down in the bar.

A « must-stop » on the RAVel-cycling route

Excellent location on the RAVeL cycling route. A well arranged room and a secure parking for the bikes. The bistronomic dinner was a dream!

The basic and good breakfast was overpriced for the offer. We missed some true muesli, not only corn-flakes. A fresh prepared fruit salad was missing. A reflecting could be made by offering a more ecological and sustained breakfast, for example by not using plastic containers for butter and marmelade and offering organic products. A coffeemachine preparing different sortes fresh bean-coffee was not installed in the breakfast room.

Very poor

I tried to pre ay this hotel. I called 3 times and sent email. I took me the 4th call upon the client's check out to get this hotel payment sorted. My first call was on a Wednesday and was told that the reception is not attended until monday. Hard to believe!

Very nice breakfast. Location is very near the cycling route and it was very convenient. Nice bar attached.

No wi-fi. Coffee machine was not working in the room. The room was dusty. We were sent a bar bill after we left of food and drinks there we did not consume. Too expensive for what it offered.

On the Ravel Vennbahn, is a perfect place to purely enjoy the evening after a long bicycle ride.

The dinner was the absolute highlight of our stay. The cuisine is superb and made all course a true culinary delight.

A small fridge would be a helpful additional detail in the room for hot days.

Not what I expected, not worth the price we paid.

Very good parking facilities, open restaurants in the neighborhood

Staff at arrival was not friendly at all, quite cold. Only when we paid and ask some information about things to do then we got a good feedback. The rooms are quite old, did not give a clean feeling, heating was not working properly, the door of our room was difficult to open and close with the key. It was OK but not really worth the price we paid. Doors were closed at a certain time in the evening, no information about it. I had the feeling that the owner seemed not very happy that we didn't take the meal in their restaurant.

It was a nice get-away in a good location, but a bit disappointing overall.

Bathroom was very clean and nice. We were able to have dinner and breakfast in our room.

We had a tasty dinner, but had no information before hand on what we were eating. No one asked if we had any food allergies or things we couldn't eat. Breakfast was simple and not worth the money. The server who brought food to our room was not wearing a mouth mask at all times. The bed was very small, probably only a 140cm, not a full size double bed.
