朝食が内容は特によかったわけではないのに、値段は4000円近くと日本の一流ホテルの朝食の2倍近く（円安もあるが）。部屋の窓は、床からあって、道を隔てれ隣のビルから丸見え。カーテンを閉めた状態で生活することになった。

Hotel sehr zentral gelegen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Zimmer war sehr sauber; Bett gemütlich und guter Komfort, Personal hilfreich und sehr freundlich Parkplatz im Parkhaus ist OK - wenn man es findet

Frühstück für 23 € pro Person schon ein stolzer Preis, Frühstücksbuffet jedoch reichhaltig Zimmer (3 Stock) nach hineingewählt, jedoch nachts durch Straßenlärm und "Heimkehrer" etwas laut / hellhörig

Kein Dienstleister - nur eine Kasse mit Bett und Dusche

das beste war, daß wir nach 1 Nacht wieder abreisen konnten.

In einem Doppelzimmer gibt es nur1 Stuhl. Keinen Tisch nur eine Ecke von einem Schreibtisch. Einzige Möglichkeit den Koffer stolperfrei abzustellen war gegenüber der Eingangstür. Die ging dann aber nicht mehr richtig auf. Kein Restaurant, keine Bar. Nur ein Getränkeautomat. Jeder Bahnhofsautomat ist aber besser bestückt. Wir buchen nie wieder mercure!!!

Top service en fijne locatie

De locatie was fantastisch, praktisch gezien midden in het centrum met aan de ene kant de winkelstraat en aan de andere kant het oudere gedeelte met de kathedraal en leuke restaurantjes.

Het was fijn geweest als er in de badkamer een raam was geweest die je open kon zetten om de badkamer te vullen met frisse lucht

Good option for a short stay

Good, comfortable bed. Upgraded/new amenities, coffee maker. Well working A/C. Quiet. Accommodating English speaking staff. Convenient parking 5min away. Excellent location.

Overpriced for location and conditions.

Alles, was man von einem einigermaßen preiswerten Cityhotel erwarten kann

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Betten sehr bequem. Trotz der Lage an einer befahrenen Straße hat man bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts davon mitbekommen. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück vielfältig und hatte auch einer großen Auswahl an Obst und Gemüse und viele Müslivarianten zu bieten.

Close to the major sights of town

Good location, close to the major sights of Aachen. Clean bathroom. Staff mostly helpful and friendly.

Very noisy during the night, mainly because taxi drivers were in loud conversation until 3 am, but also because of noisy traffic from five am and until midnight. WLAN was extremely slow. No fridge.

Voor herhaling zeker vatbaar !

Uitstekende locatie, op enkele minuten wandelen van het oude centrum. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt.

Kwaliteit bed kon wel iets beter, als we toch iets negatief moeten opmerken...

Hotel was in a great location with easy access to the area of the city I wanted to see. The room was great and had all the facilities I needed. Check in/out was easy and the staff friendly

Staff was very friendly; even included free drinks with our booking. Location was great; and parking very close to the hotel; but not easy to get there with the traffic rules in Aken. So when you go there; see how you need to drive.

Great value at Aachen-Mitte

Great staff, comfy matrass, very clean and good bath. The hotel is very nice priced.

For us personally, the pillows were too soft.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent breakfast, excellent room, excellent cleaning. Specially Gedeon at the reception was excellent, kind, attentive, precise.

We used Aachen as our base to explore the area covered by Germany, Holland and Belgium

Nice central hotel with basic needs, car parking close by, extra sofabed for kids available free of charge, fruit platter and some sweets on arrival in the room. There is a fridge in the lobby where you can find food snacks and drinks.

Adding a mini bar to keep your foodstuff and drinks that you may bring fresh and cold. Especially when you have small children that need a snack.
