Friendly staff and the location was wonderful.
Would've been nice if there were wall charging ports like many hotels have now.

Delicious breakfast, state of the arts rooms that are cozy and comfortable beds and helpful staff

Good location in the center of the city. Nice staff.
When we arrived, the room was clearly not clean with the bedding upside down. Then we asked for a new room, of which the smell was unbearable. Even despite our attempts to change room, this was refused to us. We ultimately only got a discount for our dog fee, and only for one night. Poor customer complaints management even if the staff was friendly on the surface.
