I stayed for The World Equestrian Games. It’s a fantastic hotel within walking distance of the Allianz park.

The staff, we were super well received! Staff was very friendly and professional (Also during breakfast) they even recommended and showed us areas we should visit!
The apartment was big, could fit 4 adults and 2 children perfectly. Enough beds for the kids and all adults, good value.
The Apartment we stayed in for the night was had an entrance hallway with very smelly waste.
Bathroom door was missing a key, not so good for privacy.

Comfy beds. Sunny living room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good WiFi. Central location - close to a lovely green park and to the great Carolus Thermen thermal baths and sauna.
The family 'apartment' was in a separate apartment block adjoining the hotel. The parking space was 2 minutes walk away in a different parking area down the road. The kitchen crockery and cutlery were abit dirty, otherwise the kitchen was okay. Bathroom could do with updating as the entrance to the block as well. Abit noisy at night, as in the city of Aachen, but that is expected when booking a hotel in a city, so not a surprise.
