The location, the vibe, the breakfast, the sauna, the beds
1) I went to the spa after a long hike and forgot my towel and had to walk back. -> would be nice to have towels there.
2) the vibe oft he chique restaurant was too stiff for me. The door to the kitchen was open often with the kitchen music blasting, while the dining area had softer music. I didn’t realize there was a more relaxed cafe at the other side of the hotel- would probably have been better for me as a solo traveler.

They cleaned the room with special care under my request. The location is very close to the wine tasting and nice sightseeing locations. The view from the room is pretty amazing and the hotel itself is magnificent!
All the egg dishes at their breakfast is cooked very bad, but the rest are all very good. If they can improve the egg cooking technique, they would have a perfect breakfast.

Very good location, ample parking, very good breakfast, staff.
Welness facilities were nice, but not enough rest loungers for visitors. Finish style sauna (people in dedicated sauna kilts/towels) preferable to swimsuit from plastics ( not designed for heat). Water fountain not working.

The location was helpful.
I did not appreciate that the rooms advertised and what was allocated seemed very different. The rooms were dated and I had requested walk in showers to accommodate my mother and that was not offered
