Location from the Metro is really convenient traveling between the hotel and the city.
There was a plaster stuck to our bathmat which made us question the cleaning.
Didn’t feel as safe getting between the metro and the hotel as we did anywhere else we visited over our stay.

Room in renovated section was OK. Airconditioning was not effective - I had to have a fan. My initial room in the unrenovated section was dreadful - like a bunker. I was grateful to have my room exchanged for a nicer room in the renovated section so am very appreciative.
The way the lights were configured but otherwise fine.

The space was great, very social, staff were incredible, rooms were big and a nice space to work both downstairs and upstairs. Stayed for business, but would happily stay for any personal trips out of my own pocket.
Unfortunately whilst there, there were 2x 3hr water shutdowns, which were at the best placed times, but still somewhat inconvenient as I was there on business and needed to shower etc ahead of some meets.

Really nice staff working there, liked the facilities too.
Was happy with the facilities but the room seemed too much like a hostel to be priced the way that it is. The room also smelt damp and the air conditioning didn’t work very well.
