We loved the room, the view is stunning!
- Breakfast was really early for a vacation (they are already cleaning up by 9.45AM)
- They were working on the pool so we had to go to Copacabana to use a pool, and the noise of the construction started at 8AM already
- The staff tried to charge me an insane amount for laundry (I handed a tiny bag with laundry to someone at reception as I was checking in, they didn’t communicate any prices but in another salon this would have never been more than 10-15EU. I get hotels are more expensive as they charge for the service but not 200EU for a tiny bag of socks and underwear!). This felt a bit like a scam and incorrect.

View was outstanding. Room was small, but nice.
AC stopped working during the night. But, it was fixed promptly.

The location
The breakfast was a big spread but repetitive everyday
1. Very small room
2. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room
3. No water in the room other than paid for water in bottles, kept in the mini bar
About which we were not informed hence paid a lot for small bottles of water
If we were told, we would have bought from the nearby supermarkets!
First hotel I've been to where no free water is available in the room, not even the first 2 bottles
