Charming hotel, great staff, fantastic location. The suite is very well designed, with beautiful furnitures and objects. Breakfast was great as well.
The pool is really small, and with very limited space for staying there. Yet, there is Leblon beach in front with all hotel service available.
In the lobby, the seating area should be for guests, and not security people.

The breakfast was amazing lost of options and the view is SPECTACULAR!
I feel like this hotel advertises itself as a luxury 5 star hotel when in reality it is not. All the spaces are quite small and the amenities just aren't up to par. If they would charge less it would be fair, but it isn't. Still, its a fantastic locations, a very stylish and trendy hotel and the staff and food/drinks are amazing. I would probably stay here again, but would mentally prepare for the value for money disappointment.

Incredible stay obviously thanks to the quality of the hotel design, unique Osklen taste, and fantastic location, but moreover thanks to an outstanding staff from the reception up to the beach team, always ready to book the best places, share the best tips, and give utmost quality service. Totally worth it, definitely THE place to stay in RJ.

Location was spot on.
I had no hot water first few days. Found staff didn't follow through with requests and had to be chased. Lift very dark and claustrophobic.
