Great beach!

We loved the beachfront location, the beautiful pool and views, and the tennis courts. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay.
The room, particularly the bathroom, could benefit from some updating. The restaurants' menu could also be improved, with more variety and a higher overall standard of food quality.

Breakfast was good and had a variety each day.the view of the ocean was great. It was big and spacious and wait staff was attentive.
There could have been a bigger room service menu.the bathroom lacked toilet amenities such as shower cap and cotton face pads. The shower gel bottle dispenser was faulty.

Beautiful resort. Heated pool was excellent. Reception was welcoming and attractive. Layout of resort was well done.
Housekeeping was very poor. I had to complain for 3 days after 5pm when my room had not been serviced. Shuttle service was not user friendly and inflexible. Surprisingly the wi fi in the rooms was poor. We really did not like the beach facility which was one of the main reasons for reserving this hotel. Hotel is not active in managing the beach area. Location was a long way from Leblon necessitating a shuttle service which was not use friendly. Operating hours of the restaurants was mysterious.
