Poderia ser melhor!

Acomodações, quarto com mofo, cama rebaixada, foi disponibilizado um quarto para PNE, no entanto não somos cadeirantes ou PNE. Foi subsituido para outro tmb PNE. Somente na 3a alteração de quarto que ficamos satisfeito. Equipe de Atendimento na recepção e gerente bastante receptivos.

Nao limparam o lixo do meu banheiro nenhum dia! ACADEMIA NAO ESTAVA EM FUNCIONAMENTO E NAO HAVIA NENHUMA OBSERVAÇÃO NA HORA DE FAZER A RESERVA, de que o Hotel ESTAVA SEM ACADEMIA!!!!!!

Ótima localização e muito confortável.

Limpeza, atendimento cordial, instalações. O quarto superior é ótimo, cama confortável e banheiro maravilhoso. Nada a reclamar

O hotel estava sem piscina, mas isso foi objeto de prévia advertência. Espero voltar a me hospedar após a reforma.

Localização privilegiada, funcionários super atenciosos e prestativos. Café da manhã variado e de boa qualidade. Restaurante do hotel com bom custo benefício.

Limpeza dos quartos, roupas de cama desgastadas e com manchas. Falta de Netflix e Amazon na TV

Wir würden wieder kommen

Sehr schöne gemütliche Zimmer. Am Frühstücksbuffet fehlte es an nichts.

Leider liegt das Restaurant im Innenbereich, sodass es keine Fenster hat. ( außer im Flur)

The staff were brilliant and we had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was fresh and varied.

Lack of pool and the restaurant felt soulless. I believe they are installing a pool in 2024.

Foi boa, poderá ser a escolha na proxima vinda ao Rio de Janeiro.

Bom pequeno almoço. Simpatia e disponibilidade do staff.

Quarto ligeiramente mais pequeno do que o esperado. Tivemos um passeio que implicou uma saída ás 6h, antes da hora da abertura do Pequeno Almoço. Pedimos se seria possivel arranjar alguma alternativa. A resposta foi que era possivel uma caixa de comida, mediante pagamento extra!!! Ora se é possivel fazer, e nós temos o PAL incluido, como é que nos cobram isso?Pareceu muito mal. Também tivemos um dia em que não fizeram a limpeza do quarto, e a desculpa foi que tinhamos colocado na porta a indicação de não incomodar. Não corresponde á verdade. Não a utilizamos nunca. Além de que aconteceu precisamente o mesmo, no mesmo dia com o casal que estava num outro quarto, e justificação foi a mesma. Coincidência, não???

Apartamento de boas dimensões, muito espaçoso, cama grande e confortável, boa televisão. Pequeno almoço bastante diversificado.

Limpeza deixa a desejar. Não aspiram/varrem o chão. Toalhas em péssimo estado, tive que pedir para substituir todas. Tendo já o pequeno almoço incluido pago, mas tendo que sair cedo para um tour pediram para pagar extra por uma caixa com algumas coisas para levar. Reclamamos e acabaram por nos dar acesso ao peq almoço antes da sua abertura. Piscina em reforma - sobre em setembro de 2024…

Não vá!

O hotel não teve cuidado no meu pedido de enviar um link de cobrança, mesmo com um cartão de crédito cadastrado eles não aceitaram e me fizeram pagar em pix na hora. Sendo que era uma reserva para os meus pais, tentei deixar tudo pago antes mas não foi possível. Um constrangimento desnecessário e ainda com a desculpa que a recepção não poderia fazer nada pra ajudar. O link de cobrança nunca chegou, o pagamento era pra ter sido feito parcelado e fui obrigado a pagar a vista. Péssimo atendimento do setor de reserva e recepção que não se comunicavam. Não recomendo esse lugar!

tuve un problema con la 1° pieza y fueron muy amables en darme un solución a pesar de que el hotel estaba super lleno, el desayuno era bueno también, en general el personal era muy amable, tenia reposeras en la playa, etc

no estaba en 1° lineal como parece, la 1° habitación no tenia vista a nada, era muy caro en relacion con la calidad

Very nice hotel for solo travelers or families. Every need is covered. Recommended.

The staff was great, the room was very nice and well kept, the gym and amenities were good, access to towels and chairs on the beach. Really nice!

Electronic Equipment at the gym needs urgent care and cleaning. For the rate, breakfast should be included.

La habitación era grande, limpia, baños amplios, servicio de limpieza todos los días. Excelente servicio.

Un día hicieron el aseo de la habitación en la tarde. Pero eso es un mínimo detalle. Lo demás, excelente servicio.

Barulho no café da manhã. Música ambiente muito alta e pessoas compensando o volume, falando alto demais. Bem desagradável. Acho que o café poderia ser até 10h30min.

Pleasant

Bed was super comfy.

The room was very narrow, to get past the bed, and the wall was a balancing act. One chair at the table in the toom. The key card was faulty and needed to be rechecked every day.

Ideal stay for Copacabana Beach

Staff were a dream. The location was incredible for copacabana near station 5 on the beach. Breakfast was top also. Assisted with a late checkout although we checked out normal time they held our bags and provided a place for us to change and shower. Little tip 18th floor is a gym(not where we were staying but there's direct access) views from their is incredible. Also great having the chairs access on the beach those people there really made us feel great.

I bought a side sea ocan view which whilst I cannot fault it on being exactly that in honestly in the room were were in 942 the real view is of the apartment building directly opposite. You can see the sea from the room I just hesitates as to whether i would wadvice others to shell out the additional for the view more my fault than the hotel's. Don't worry about the room with the view get out of your hotel room.

Great location, great hotel.

Fabulous location.

Offered a shower on 18th floor prior to leaving - I'd booked out earlier in the morning - however no towels / soap available, I needed to go back down to reception to collect.

This is not a 5* star hotel

The location is very good. You cross the road and you are on Copacabana Beach.

This hotel is rated as a 5* hotel so for that reason I expected a lot more. Room - The room was extremely small and the bed felt really small too. The window looked out at the building work that was taking place (building work we did not know was happening until a week before we travelled). It felt like we were sleeping in a cave. We had no iron, ironing board or hair dryer in our room and had to phone Reception for them to bring these to us. There was no complimentary water and the mini bar selection was poor. Restaurant - On the first night we arrived late and were too tired to go out of the hotel for our evening meal so we decided to eat in the restaurant. This was a big mistake. My husband ordered pepperoni pizza and I ordered shrimp fettuccine. The pizza was disgusting. It was covered in slimy cheap tasting cheese. The shrimp fettuccine was bland and soggy. The waiter did not speak any English so we struggled to explain why we were not eating. He deducted one meal from the final bill. We did not eat in the hotel again! Gym/Sauna/Pool - When we booked this hotel in March, there were photos of a pool and under facilities it stated a rooftop pool. These details have now been altered. There is no swimming pool at this hotel!! The gym is very dated and dirty. There is limited equipment.

Terrible stay!!!! Be aware!!! Scam place!!!

BE AWARE!!!!!! We got scammed in that hotel! They took our credit card number and made 3 transactions of the value around 1000 eu! We reported it to the police right away! Someone from the reception cooperated with criminals, calling from the fixed line to the room saying they were from the reception and they need to confirm the credit card number. We were surprised and didn’t expect such horrible scam!! Your data is not safe on that hotel!! Stay away from this place!!!! Besides that The hotel is old and needs refurbishment. Air condition smells badly and there is humid in the room. All our clothes were wet! Really old facilities. It is not worth any money! Read the real reviews in google.
