The hotel has very friendly and helpful staff, the location is great and the breakfast has many good options.
As many reviewers have stated, the hotel itself, especially the rooms, are a little dated. However, the bed was a king size bed and it felt clean.

The prices at the pool bar are very convenient.
The view is stunning.
Breakfast was good, though I would have liked more plant based options.
Very close to a nice area of the beach.
There's a rental bike station across from the entrance.
Close to supermarkets and pharmacies.
Central and at the same time away from the busy Copacabana beach.
Would not recommend having dinner at the hotel restaurant. We did that once out of convenience and it was definitely not worth it, surprisingly bad.

Breakfast is very good at this hotel. All in all you it is rich in options of all kinds
Check in was OK although having to await feeding Hotel system again with my details after so many stays in the Hotel. I guess more than 4 times just this year. Check out, as usual and sincerely expected, a disaster. This time a I had the misfortune of being nearly hunted outside hotel by one of Hotels staff screaming e shouting the hell of me. I told him to go to hell. Matter of fact while I tried to check out I calmly awaited the front desk staff(a girl) in a very disgusting discussion with a Chinese guest, loud and strained. For over 20 min. Then she called for my checkout and, all of sudden reprimanded me: "but you are not the first on the line"!!! why did she call me then?? I was so embarrassed that I looked at her and said: - take you key, I am leaving now! and then, again, she started screaming at me as though I were a criminal. Just walked my way out the hotel where I promise I will never return to.
