Ok stay

The stay was ok. Received welcome drink- orange juice. The host helped for hotel to port taxi booking. The daily housekeeping was good and got fresh towels and water bottles everyday.

Though the google location shows this property is just 700m from the Fira center but it feels very far because of difficult high hill walk from the property. Not recommended for old age people or small children's unless you have or rent a car. But you need to find a parking place for a car as there is no private place for parking. Did not receive any introductory information or sightseeing information from the host, which is generally expected to provide. During booking, we do not get the actual idea about the location of the room, everything looks perfect but at actual there was no view from the room. The bed was with spring mattress, was not that much comfortable. The bathroom fittings and accessories were quite old and some of them were rusted. When I open the shower the water was leaking from the pipe instead of coming from the shower. When we flush the toilet, the water was leaking from the tank. We stayed there for 3 nights, 4 days out of that first night when we came from sightseeing and there was no hot water in the shower. Second day, when we informed the lady said sometimes there is electric switch problem but now it is sorted. And if this happens again, we need to call her. But at the checkout day , I had to leave the room at 6am to catch a ferry and there was no hot water in the shower. We had to take cold water shower at 5am, it is very disappointing. As the host already knows that there is problem with the switch, they should have checked beforehand and find permanent solution as the hot water shower is the basic requirement of the stay. If the basic requirement is not getting fulfilled, then for what we are paying such high cost for?

Exceptional

Although we do not speak English and Greek, the blonde lady who owns the hotel helped us in every way. I'm sorry now that I forgot to ask your name. the location of the hotel is great. The rooms are immaculate and cleaned daily. Even though we stayed at the hotel in Athens for 4 days, they wanted an extra fee for cleaning. If I come again, it will be the hotel I will stay in without hesitation. THANK YOU:)

FABULOUS

Everything from staff to cleanliness to facilities. Fabulous linen and toiletries. Highly recommend this to all people except people with mobility issues. Five star all the way. ❤️❤️

The climb to Fira and the shops and Tavernas. If you have mobility issues it will be a struggle for some. Great cardio workout.

A very good stay experience.

Every day, a waiter cleans the room and adds coffee to bottle water. The hotel is very close to the city center and the bus station, which is very convenient.

Wanted to go for breakfast but couldn't find the kitchen, asked the waiter but she couldn't speak english. It would be nice if there is a kitchen in the hotel to provide meals

Easy access to one of the best views in the world.

Pool. 2 nice rooms. Free coffee.

Minor inconvenience was just walking up the hill to town. But worth it for the good price.

Great value in a slightly quieter location.

The transfer we arranged was at the airport when we arrived, the owner was very friendly, the room was great with a rare view of the sun rise in Santorini from our balcony. it’s almost as beautiful as the sunset which is a short (uphill) walk into Fira. it’s super close yet away from the hustle and bustle.

The pool was rather chilly ! Though it was October, so as expected - Greek hotels rarely heat outdoor pools.

Superb

This property is located about 10 minutes outside of Fira. Transfers to and from airport/port can be arranged through the hotel. We had a very early morning flight and arrived well before check in. The hostess Fay, greeted us with a smile and told us our room was ready and we could check in right away. We had a 2 bedroom with 3 single beds with a sea view and a balcony. I highly recommend you get the sea view as your balcony it more private than the terraces are and the view is worth it. The room was large and the kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. You can have breakfast ordered to your room. You have to pay the delivery person. There are no restaurants or shops in this neighborhood. You have to get your things in Fira which is a 10 minute walk up a steep hill. Don’t let this discourage you, it’s not worth it. There is a small pool that was perfect after a long day of walking around town.

Rooms were cleaned (and overall really clean) every day, after the mess what our little one made there. Apartment was big enough for our family. Location is good, just minutes away from Thira center. We felt like home there. Also Pool is big plus for this hot days in Santorini.

We only stated one night as catching the ferry to Naxos the next morning but super friendly and helpful staff. Nice building, great little pool. Very clean and comfortable with good amenities.Large room and bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Room interior a little basic for the price we paid (though we booked late and in August so probably explains things). Location is a bit away from Fira, we mistakenly thought it would be an easy stroll to the bus station the next morning but its a good 10-12 minutes uphill all the way on narrow winding roads with no footpath....obviously that was our mistake....we ended up getting a private transfer which the lady on reception helped us with...like I say super, nice and friendly staff.

- small but nice swimming pool - Clean rooms - Possibility to order breakfast (delivery)

- not the nicest staff - To get to town you have to climb up for like 10 min what is quite challenging during the hot summer days - Pool can be used only during your stay - not after you check out, not in the evenings

It was excellent, good value for money and cheap compared to other accommodations.

It was a very clean room, lovely people who served us and they were willing to accommodate our needs. It was a decent location, not too far from the town centre.

short 1 night stay, clean comfortable and good location if you can make the walk

rooms and pool were excellent and just as pictured

we had an early flight out and it was 5 am when I realized the shower had no hot water and the hair dryer didn’t work. However, as we were in a hurry, I did not give the hotel an opportunity to correct either of these issues. Had our stay there been longer, the hotel may have been able to correct this. I only mentioned because if this is an issue for you, you may want to check on the front end of your stay. Other than this I have no complaints and can only complement the hotel.

Superb

The host was very welcoming and friendly, helped us arrange the transfer from the port and to the airport. The accommodation is more of an apartment than a room, so there is a lot of space.

The rail holding the shower curtain was a bit damaged and leaning, but nothing major, it didn't make the use of the shower less comfortable.
