We had a lovely stay at Deluxe. Clean, modern rooms. Pool area was nice as well and welcome after some hot temperatures. The front desk staff were helpful and supplied many suggestions for things to see, eat (we highly recommend Pelican Kipos in Fira/Thera and Penelope's in Pyrgos) and things to do. Our only "complaint" was the bathroom layout. No clear place/hook to put hand towel and the shower layout often left the whole floor damp despite the use of a floor towel at shower entrance. However, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or stay again. All of the staff, including housekeeping made it a wonderful stay.

The Deluxe Suites Santorini was a comfortable stay. It is conveniently located in Fira and the staff is very friendly. There are some things that could have added to the comfort The pillows were rather soft. I think it they either used former pillows or doubled the pillows to four on a queen size, that would have been nicer. I also couldn't seem to get the air conditioning to work properly. The first night that I couldn't get it to work,, I figured fine - I'll just hope cool air comes in the windows. But, the street noise was very loud. So, it was a sweaty night. The clsexond one was quieter,vso the windows helped. I found it interesting that the Do No Disturb and Maid Services functions were electronic, but the lock was not. I instead had two cards and a key to carry around. Even if the one card for the electricity would have had the room number on it, it would have eliminated one card. It was kind of bulky in my shorts' pocket. Again, overall, a nice stay.

The Delux was a fantastic hotel. It is very modern and clean. The rooms are beautiful. The hotel is close to everything and the staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here.
