Hotel Clement Tokushima was an excellent place to stay. It was right next to the train and bus station which was so convenient. Staff were all lovely. My room was spacious and had a comfortable armchair by the window with a decent view of the town and the mountains. The breakfast was excellent. The price was very good for a hotel of this standard. I would have liked to stay longer as there is so much to do in Tokushima.

Very convenient location next to rail station. Staff were perfunctory but pleasant enough. Good laundry facilities.
Room was tiny. Decor was a bit tired. Despite the fact that we stayed there four times for a total of six nights over two weeks, they were tetchy about our leaving bags for more than 24 hours between stays.
