The service at the Babylon Lodge is exceptional. The staff very attentive and sweet. The place is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and flowers and the rooms are spacious and quietly beautiful. Pristine white linens on the bed and comfortable mattress. Electric kettle in room, hot water in bathroom, big towels, and a lovely balcony with chairs. It is quiet and serene, the only noise is birdsong. A real oasis.
I wouldn't have objected to stronger coffee and wifi! But then the Babylon Lodge would be heaven and I would never be able to leave.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this sweet hotel in Marangu! The rooms are absolutely huge, very comfortable, and feature a beautiful balcony with a perfect view. The staff is lovely, incredibly nice, and provides excellent service. While the prices are a bit high, you definitely pay for quality, and it was worth it. We also really enjoyed the great buffet breakfast. Highly recommended!
the bidet in our bathroom was broken. Fixing this minor maintenance issue would make the room completely perfect

What a fantastic stay. Super helpful and professional staff - nothing was too much for them. Good meals and a breakfast they you will not finish. Great spacious rooms. What a pity we only had one night. I would not stay at any other place if I passed by again. Well done to the team for a very well-run establishment.
