Nagyon szép elhelyezkedés ,a kilátás mesés,közel a strand ,,a Dubrovnik City várfal 20 perc séta.
A klíma tökéletesen működött, a szállásadóval a kommunikációt kiváló.

Cute studio apartment (downstairs)with comfy bed and an amazing view from the terrace. Had most things you would need for your stay. Towels changed mid week and more supplies of loo rolls and shower products received during the week. Situated 20mins walking distance from Dubrovnik old town as others have said down a scenic road and 5 mins to the nearest beach down approx 120 ish steps. Which has a beach bar/ chill out and a restaurant. Super helpful host. The nearest bus is at Hotel Argentina aprox 10 min walk. There is also a small supermarket that is more reasonably priced than any we called at nearer the old town. Note Uber was great and cost between 10 euros and 15 euros to the old town. Best restaurant by a long way was Taj Mahal ( not indian) Bosnian restaurant in the old town. Super food and reasonably priced. We had a fab stay at SeaPearl Apartments can't wait to come back.
The only comment we have is over the covered terrace could do with a net to collect the seeds when the plant has finished flowering .Minor point. The view more than makes up for it.

location is very good near to st.jacobs Beach and not far away from the old town.
the Appartment was not clean enough specially the cover for beds.
