The location is excellent,just off the main street Stradun.There are a few steps to go up,but it's very gentle .Bars and Restaurants are just outside the apartment.You really can't get any closer ! We could hear some noise from them.But it didn't bother us.We were on the first floor,the 2nd floor would have been better .
What made our stay extra special is our host Tomas.He is just amazing! Right from the start,he was always quick to respond. He came to meet us at the Pile Gate and took us to his apartment. So no need to worry about how to get there.During our stay ,Tomas gave us advice to everything we asked.He really went out of his way to help us.Nothing was too much for him.He gave us a very special and surprising gift when we checked out.We were really touched by it.He also arranged free transport for us to Lapad. Even after we left,he still helped us with problems we encountered in Lapad.We have never met anyone as helpful and kind as Tomas in all of our holidays. There's nothing to worry about if you stay in Apartments Perla because Tomas will take care of all your needs
If you are a light sleeper ,request the 2nd floor room.

The location was great, the apartment so spacious and super soundproof once you close the windows and shutters. Loved that there were extra towels too, really unusual but greatly appreciated.

The flat was very comfortable and in a prime location. Our kind host, Thomas, treated us with a nice welcome pack and gave us a ride to the bus station.

Tomas! The Manager and owner is genuine, kind, extremely helpful, communicates clearly, takes amazing care of his guests.
The rooms are so homely, a fruit bowl, milk, biscuits and sweets available.
The bed was so comfortable! Plenty of pillow options.
Amazing location!
Tomas called the car hire company for me as I was running late. He also helped bring our bags in. Gave us restaurant and tour recommendations.
The rooms are beautifully set up. If I ever go back to Croatia I know where I am returning!
