Great location, comfortable Clean apartment (fair few steps) , decent WiFi, easy comms, allowed to store luggage on day of departure, would not hesitate to recommend.

Clean and comfortable room in the best location within the city walls. I had a small inconvenience during my stay, but the manager showed genuine empathy, handled the situation professionally, and resolved it quickly. I really appreciated the way it was dealt with. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a place I would definitely recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised at how fresh, clean and modern the bedroom and bathroom facilities were, considering it was in the old city and most of the buildings are very aged. It was a lovely place to stay and one we would highly recommend!

Our air conditioning did not work, making it very difficult to sleep given the heat. We told the hotel more than once but they did not fix the heat problem.
