It’s in the center of everything inside the walled city. Close to Adoration chapel . The bed has a memory foam topper with smooth pillows , bedsheet and blanket which I really like. Lots of hangers . They have a washer . And we were able to leave our luggage’s outside the apt on its 2nd flr ( since the room was on the 3rd flr ) per owner’s generosity .
The wall is so thin we can hear the other ppl talking and laughing past 12 mn however my husband snores so bad so I think they could also hear him LOL . The Front door washer’s rubber has mold underneath the rubber which I know might have overlooked by cleaning person so I just clean it myself very well before I washed our clothes , the washer door should’ve just kept open after every wash by renters But I told the owner . He didn’t comment though . Otherwise we really like the place .

Mr Ismail welcomed us warmly at the airport and took us to the apartments even after midnight and gave us all the necessary information about accommodation and the city. He assisted us 24 hours and answered our calls every time.

The Green Exclusive Apartment is in a great, central location that’s walking distance to the Wall & the main piazzas. The apartment is very quiet & tucked away. There’s a full kitchen & everything you need to self cater.
The shower is tiny, even for a slight woman like myself. We were cold at night at times & there were no additional blankets provided in the cupboards. The host did not respond promptly to messages but this wasn’t a big problem. It might have been a challenge if we really needed to know something about the accommodation that affected our stay. There’s a couple of flights of stairs to lump up suitcases but that’s quite good for Dubrovnik

A good location and easy to find. A very good sized and comfortable apartment.
Nothing really. Oven doesn’t work and hard to work out the cooktop but otherwise fine.
