The staff is friendly and the facilities are good
We could not eat our dinner in the restaurant around 8 because they had to close. Staff should not work overtime even if there are clients to be served.

Nice that there is a restaurant on site
Our stay was unfortunately disappointing overall. The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which affected our first impression. The restaurant service was quite slow, although it did seem busier than usual, so that may have contributed to the delays.
The room itself could use some attention. The bathroom was old and very small, and the towels provided were undersized. Larger, better-quality towels would make a noticeable difference. The bed was not very comfortable and only had one pillow, which made for a poor night’s sleep. The electric blankets in our room were also not working, which was especially inconvenient. In addition, the bunk beds felt unstable and did not seem very sturdy, raising concerns about both comfort and safety.
With improvements to customer service, maintenance, and the room facilities, this guest house could provide a much better experience.
